There are so many shows and people out there that talk about the awful experience they have with contractors but NOT us. Beth had started our adventure by calling over 25 contractors to reside our home. Out of 25, only 6 would come after working hours or weekends. Luke was our 4th contractor to come to our home and explained in great detail how the process worked, how long it would take, and made no false promises. I must say, I am one of the pickiest people anyone knows. With my military background I have a sharp eye for attention to detail. Luke, Kris, Maciej, and team put so much pride in their work that it left me speechless!!! I never thought there could ever be a construction team that could come to work every day early and leave late with a SMILE. Kris is Luke and Maciej father. He is a man of few words but a heart for his work and his customers like no other! When we originally decided to reside our home our sunroom was plain and blended in with the house. Kris expressed to us that he wanted our sunroom to standout! I was very hesitant at first but I knew we were in great hands. Our sunroom was done so beautifully that everyone now talks about it. Now people realize the sunroom is a sunroom and not just a room that you step through before the backyard. I can't thank enough for Kris expressing how much he wanted to make us happy! Luke is one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in the construction business. Luke is the type of person who listens to what you would like and delivers! What more could you ask for in a person? His professionalism and leadership surpasses any college degree. Luke was here for us through every step of the process and even calls on the holidays just to say hi and see how we are doing. It’s clear to us that we were not just a number to him but a long term working relationship. That meant a lot to Beth and me. Maciej is great! His strong attention to detail, ability to overcome obstacles and craftsmanship coupled with his likable personality makes him great!!! When you put these three guys together with their team they make your wishes come true at an affordable price. We needed our home done before our family came out for 2 weddings. KLM didn’t hesitate to make it happen (less than 2 weeks from when we signed the papers!!!) We can’t stress enough how pleased we were with our decision to have KLM Contractors reside our home. The house caught fire and everything was destroyed. When something like this happens you are so vonerable and distraught people take advantage of your misfortune. the house had to be secured that night, my husband called Luke it was after 9pm and He was there with his crew in less than an hour had the house secured. after several months dealing with the Insurance Company We had to pick a Builder. We interviwed several Builders including KLM. Normally when doing a remodel or addition your excited about the project, WE lost everything the Idea of what we had to do to restore our home, being displaced from our neighborhood, and our kids were experiencing post tramatic stress. Luke spent countless and I mean countless hours consulting with us on the plans for the house. When we chose KLM to rebuild the house we had no idea that we chose the right builder to help rebuild our lives. Luke and his family operated Business became part of our family, The attention to detail was exceptional all of our hopes and dreams we had for our home have been fulfilled.Our children we able to express their wants and needs and Luke made it happen. A few of the things that stood out for us was the prompt return of our phone calls, his confident knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to work with us on our budget. Not only did we feel confident with what KLM brought to the table, but to put it simply we just had a good feeling about Luke and his team. Trusting our gut proved to be beneficial. We ordered our siding, type of windows, etc. and KLM went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. They arrived promptly at our home everyday and finished our project in approximately one week. My husband is very detail oriented and Luke attended to every need including catching and correcting some small structural issues we encountered. Not only were we impressed with the new results, our neighbors were as well and KLM wound up re-siding, roofing and replacing windows in one of their homes a few months later. Reliable contractors are difficult to come across and KLM is one of the few. Luke will be the first one we call from now on.
